I think I'm using an out of date EFT(Where is the latest?) but it shows a base dram as having 145 CPU, and in game it is currently 133. Did this just happen? |

Yes. Agility was nerfed along with fitting and probably something else, check patch notes. |

The dram had a few adjustments. Agility/mass/base speed/pg/cpu and a couple more I can't recall off the top of my head. |

Can someone please tell me where to get the latest version of EFT, mine is 12.3.5 I think and I tried googling a later version and couldn't find anything |

That is the one I have, but in this screenshot here: http://i42.tinypic.com/2ugjk0p.png this person has features I don't: updated ships for one, secondly the ability to overheat, ship and outfit costs, plus it looks newer and mine is the old style look |

Keep in mind that EFT does support the ability to overheat and it does show the costs (though they are merged, but the costs are rarely accurate no matter what you use). Also, I believe there was a prerelease of the Crucible-updated EFT in that thread I linked too, there just hasn't been a new official release yet. |

There's a post in general that's talking about how if you fit the Dramiel right you can still get nearly identical performance even after the nerf. |

The Dramiel has had several changes which include:
o Mass increase from 740,700 kg to 950,000 kg.
o Max velocity reduced from 473 m/sec to 460 m/s
o Scan resolution reduced from 990 mm to 750 mm.
o CPU reduced from 145 tf to 133 tf.
o Powergrid reduced from 38 MW to 37 MW. |
