I do have some sympathy with the OP.
I have been around for a while and the amount of nerfs is becoming ridiculous; as for defending your own null sec pocket after the recent jump bridge nerfs it will be impossible.
I moved a carrier today and it took four hours where it once took twenty minutes...so where is the fun in station spinning for 3.5 hours CCP? I logged off to play WoT, so where was my eve interaction if I'm stuck in a station all day? Instead I had more interaction on WoT.
I'm paying -ú9:99 to station spin, that hardly seems fair CCP; I will wait for the June patch but if this nonsense continues then there will be a very expensive paper clip on eBay and my eve subscription will be spent on: Elite; Dangerous which seems to be the game that eve should have been. |

Yes, the Nerfs are getting stupid. And all the idiots who keep parroting "Cry more" or "Can I have your stuff" don't seem to get that if enough people quit the game it WILL eventually cause big problems...
Five years ago peek account activity was 60K +. Now it's at 30K, I'd say that the big problem has arrived. ..CCP doesn't have a plan to reverse the trend other more of the same old, same old. |

So you sat there station spinning instead of undocking with another ship and do something else? Or (and the horror) you could grab some scouts, use gates and take some risk. Stop bearing it up in your blue doughnut. I think you are EVE-ing wrong.
What other ship would that be?
I have no other ships in the carrier or in the station/system. So should I undock in a pod and go mining? Perhaps switch to an alt but mine are skilled for station trading. ..and no I don't have more than one account. ..
Next time try thinking before typing :-P |

Why are you looking at account activity? EVE has more subscribers now than ever before. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/timeline/3dc2c3332b7d2e2a7cdb1bce100a78c3.png Subscribers = money. Person actively logged in does not
Riiiight, so you are saying the 30K users that have left eve over the last five years never subscribed/paid to play the game...now you are talking absolute rubbish. I know at least two people in real life who had been three paid for accounts who quit playing/paying |

Next time try thinking before typing :-P seriously? you are exactly the reason why we need jump fatigue. you have nothing but a carrier in a system? 1. why does that prevent you from taking it through a gate, taking some risk and having some fun? 2. why does that prevent you from buying a cheap AF/whatever and doing some pvp? 3. stop bearing it up in the blue doughnut. Again. you are exactly why this game needs jump fatigue. stop being such a carebear.
Yes seriously! And you are a prime example of why idiots shouldn't be allowed near the Internet.
Due to the Nerfs on range I'm moving the carrier for a Corp mate who does not have JDC lvl 5. One day you might have a friend until then, keep trolling |

If you had thought more about your comment before posting, especially as we had discussed nerfs to jump ranges, you would see how redundant it is.
Jump range/fatigue effects every one living in low/null sec, surely you understand that? |

you do realize your 60k number was the one time highest peak, right? Average over time is only 37k PhantomMajor wrote: Yes seriously! And you are a prime example of why idiots shouldn't be allowed near the Internet.

No, people playing a sandbox game with zero creativity like you are the problem. Your friend can't wait a few hours? Why not JC closer to your friend/buy a ceptor and fly to him, do some PvP with your buddy for a few hours until your fatigue is up?
No the problem here is people like you who are spoon fed every thing need without any thoughts involved with regards to the logistics needed. ..if you were a carrier/freighter pilot you would understand that rather than whining about "creating content" in a ceptor |

Why not JC closer to your friend/buy a ceptor and fly to him, do some PvP with your buddy for a few hours until your fatigue is up? let me describe amateur life for you son..... In simple words: 'few hours' can easily mean 'log off and go sleep, i will look at it next evening' sometime.
I did mention that I played WoT while I waited. Incidentally I work 16 hour night shifts so my eve time is very limited, jump nerfs have only compounded the issue |
