The module tiericide project seems to be moving a little slower than I anticipated. Does anyone remember a timeline being given. Items and ammo being modified and added such as heavy missiles and missile tracking enhancers not to mention ship modifications prior to the tiericide being completed seems rather counter productive given that Fozzie himself stated that they wanted to complete the module tiericide prior to balancing ships so that CCP had a more balanced and intuitive set of modules to work with. Also do teams that work on projects like the missile tracking enhancers and guidance systems coordinate with the team that's working on launcher tiericide modifications?
I've asked these questions in some of the dev posts in the past but I think they got lost in the tsunami of feedback. |

nope, just seems to be an ongoing project, where they seem to get a few groups of mods, usually related, each patch.
I don't think there is a relation between MTC/MTE and launchers that tiericide will have any effect on.
and just because they want to do something some way, doesn't mean it will be done that way. **** happens

Well there definitely is a relationship in how damage is applied by ships using missiles. |

right, but if my memory serves correct using the tiericided light missile launchers as a template for what will come for the other launchers the goal posts (ie. t1/t2 launchers will stay about the same, where meta 1-4 will see some small changes in those bounds, and faction might get a little buff/nerf) don't move enough that there will be issues. and of course there is the option for a buff/nerf on the whole class, like how LML got a damage nerf (-5% rof I think?). which in general it seems to me most missiles need buffing.
I was expecting launchers to get bonuses to things like range and application, but it seems CCP didn't want to go there. might be too much work for the hamsters, or maybe they just didn't think about it?
