Which skills do I need for mining in a hulk? and which ones I need for the shield tank?

skill to use the following items:
T2 strip miners
T2 crystal for what your mining
mining upgrade

you need
refining V
refining effincy V
so you can use crystals on the t2 strippers
and any ore processing skills for the ores you are onna use

Which shield tanking skills do I need to tank angels in 0.0 with the standard mid-slot setup? (gistii booster, 2x hardener, cap recharger)

Probably good to have:
Energy Management 5 - Max capacitor
Shield Management 5 - Max shield
Energy Systems Operation 5 - Capacitor recharge
Shield Operation 5 - Shield recharge
Shield Compension 5 - 5% less cap usage for shield booster
Tactical Shield Manipulation 4 is required for T2 hardeners (dunno about fitting them in Hulk)... level 1 is enough for others.
