Douglas Adams was the author of the greatest triolgy known to man. It consisted of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (recently made into a movie), The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, Life, the Universe and Everything, and So Long and Thanks for All of the Fish.
Doesnt a trilogy mean set of three?

The front of my copy proudly proclaims it to be "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: A Trilogy in five parts" --------

I proposed that it should be The international stick a fish in your ear day, but I have to admit that towel day is a bit catchier.

So, I was carrying a towel around all day, being generally ridiculed by my friends (as you do). Went to the cinema to see Pirates. Lo and behold, the air conditioning was messed up and the room was far too cold; score one to the guy with a towel! I was smuggly lording it over all my friends, wrapped in a nice warming towel, while their teeth chattered!
Then, at the en of the film, where one of my friends (bless her) shed a tear for the ORLANDO BLOOM MEGA DRAMA, I offered my towel as a makeshift hankerchief. Score two for the guy with the towel!
Douglas Adams was on to something with this --------

I took a towel to work, then to Wagamama's for lunch, where I was sat next to Jill Halfpenny (UK actress: Linkage ), but was totally oblivious to the fact.
Then later on, someone in the office threw a rubber brain at me, which I promptly caught in the towel... so I can say I used my towel to catch flying brains __________________________________________ "In girum imus nocte, et consumimur igni."
