We have completed sales of all IPO assets and are now able to complete the share buyback. Shares will be bought back at 100,000 ISK per share (IPO price). This means that all dividends were pure profit for investors.
To complete the buyback please contact Oliver Snow or Andvari to send shares, when we have received the shares we will send you the ISK. -------------- IPO Thread Current Press Release |

What time limit have you set before you start evemailing all shareholders that haven't exchanged their shares? Will you be pro-active about this, or will you simply let it slide and wait for them to come to you?

Would have been sooner but it took me a while to figure out that the active wallet division must be set to "master Wallet" in order to see the shareholder list. By that time Andvari had already logged in and taken care of it.
So far approximately 40% of the IPO funds have been refunded. -------------- IPO Thread Current Press Release |

I'm afraid I don't understand. How does keeping worthless shares insure you against anything?
You are free to wait as long as you wish of course. I just don't see why you would. -------------- IPO Thread Current Press Release |

DeathGrip is Proton and Proton is Deathgrip... Anyway, yes I do post on forums still, but takes me about 5min to pull up each page from the internet and then about 5min to post somthing. Internet in middle of ocean sucks lol. Also some reason the Navy uses firewalls so I can't sign onto Eve and such. Anyway, yes I do have about 10% of the shares and yes I would like to exchange them. This is why I was against you doing the buy backs this way. Anyway, we are pulling in this weekend I will see if I can find a starbucks or somthing to do the exchange.

I apologize for the delayed responses, I have a wife and 9 month old son at home that tend to keep the time I can logon to a minimum.
I just got on a few hours ago and processed all the buy-backs that were sent to me and notified the investors via EVEmail.
I do try to login every night, but there can be days when I don't get to touch a computer except at work. All investors' continued patience while we proceed with the buy-back is very much appreciated.

I'm pleased to announce as of today that PZI has completed its buyback of all shares.
I want to take the time to thank all of our investors for their patience during this transition.
I also want to thank them for having the confidence to invest in us.
We've built further upon our knowledge of POS operations, and we plan to restart operations with even better profit margins and even more efficient production lines in the future.
