I was full of happieness as i returned home from work today. The new wardec will be fightable by today.
"Logging in"
Lets check my people & places if they-¦re online. They were. Took me around 10 minutes to realize that 7 of 8 left that corp. :sigh:. The new corp got around 80 members. Retracting the old war, starting a new vote (with myself, you never know).
As no other wars were active i decided to go on a "mining roam". I flipped a can here and there. No fighting.
Back at my starting system i boarded my pilgrim, undocked and launched my probes. Didn-¦t take that long to find a megahtron-signature.
Docked again i picked up my shotgun and cleared my typhoon from the rats. I met that megathron right after the 1st acc-gate salvaging his wrecks. As the helpfull person that I am I started to check the wrecks for usefull items.
"incoming convo"
Mega:> like i would attack you with my pve ship Me.> no problem, i just warp to the next stage. Here-¦s enough ISK for both of us.
Mega leaves system and left me behind ship spinning in space. I docked up, jumped into my sleipnir and warped asap back to the 1st room. It does take about 10 minutes for the runner to return again in his mega.
He approached me, locked me and started to punch me with blasters. A tight orbit prevented him from dealing troublemaking damage. As he went down to 20% armor i spent to much attention to his light drones (i even attacked them with my warriors). So i missed that he moved away in a straight line from me. He started to hit hard at this time. As he finaly popped i was at low shields.

Question of today: what-¦s better than a buffer tank or an active tank? A buffered active tank (or a active buffered tank?) And don-¦t forget to bring the mandatory cccs and cpu with your "pvp ship". And NEVER bring heavy combat drones. |

:sigh: the end is neigh!
Words like Tama, Procurer mining and nothing special seems to not fit into one sentence.
I experienced myself that Amamake is quite silent nowadays. Did Tama also turn into pe(sp)ace? |

Jim Roebuck wrote:Then my standards for 'nothing special' must be pretty low.
I didnt refer to the procurer kill. But the fact that even someone dares to mine in Tama (formerly known as My Tama) is... amazing. Where did all the pirates go? As i was active pirating there were only 3 kind of people moving into the system:
1st: pirates 2nd: moar pirates 3rd: every now and then someone who hasnt set autopilot to "prefer safe" |
