I've got this same problem as well. I petitioned and got moved, which fixed the problem briefly, but then it just popped up again. It seems this problem is only with my main character, alts are working great.

There seems to be a bunch of us having this problem. Is there any word from CCP on whether or not they know what is causing this? I've deleted my cache and rebooted, still no luck in logging in.
