Anyone know if there is a permanent fix for the ATI HD series video cards undock/blackscreen problem? I bought this new card solely for playing eve so I could have all the shaders etc maxed out but I've got to have shaders set to "Low" or I crash ...

Yes happenes to me in my Rapier, Cov. Ops Cloak. REALLY not cool when you're 70k off an enemy pos, very expensive bug.

Haha!!!! sorted it. I have an ATI HD3600 series GFX card with the Catylist Control thingy. In the Smoothvision Anti aliasing options there is a dropdown menu where you can select Box, Narrow Tent, or Wide Tent. I had it set to Narrow Tent...linkag...

Thrymren, I think you're right about the heat thing. I've overclocked the cards core memory by 15% and increased the voltage to it by 0.1v via bios, seems to be more stable.

Anyone else having problems with the ATI VPU Recover function resetting their card on Eve startup? Is only a problem with eve - no other games. Card is a Radeon HD3600 series with latest driver. Any advive would be appreciated. D.
