Ok, thanks! Seems like reactor control units give MORE overall MW. The Power Diagnostic systems seem to give 1/2 the OVERALL MW, but gain + regen to capacitor and shields? If that's true then I'll be doing reactor control units. Thanks a ton!

I've gone through most of the engineering items and it seems like they regen capacitor, shields, or BOTH faster. I can't find anything to ADD more MW to my main powergrid. The only thing I found required Engineering IV and some other deal at III. ...
