im in central euro - 3mbit connection - and i got lag since RMR lag means a few seconds delay in activating modules or warping etc.. dunno about the others or so¦, definately interesting to hear some ppl dont get any issues at all. anyway u wont...

Sorry im bit confused. didnt hammer just talk about high-sec-space (0.5+?) and npc-stations. i cant see where it¦s written that a carrier cant be built at npc-station in low-sec/0.0? and what type of capital ships can dock at npc-stations? thx
