No problems on any of my systems with the new drivers. I have: x800, 9800 pro, 9800se, 9700 pro, 9600XT, 8500 128mb, 8500 256mb. I dont see how so many people encounter problems with ATI drivers.

Make sure you are running your native resolution on your monitor or you will experience hard to read text. I know since I have a native LCD at 1280x1024, try running games at 1024x768 extremely hard to read.

Does it restart in any other game? Have you tried taking the side of the case off and put a house fan to blow right inside the case, if its stable, its a overheat problem. Could also be a power supply issue, but i would try the heat theory first.
