I'm in the same boat as you. It took me until 960k LP to get a Fleet BS offer before, and I'm now at nearly +1.1mil LP and have not seen any Fleet BS offer of any kind. Just constant repeats of the same implant offers.

What you don;t have to kill are the sentries in the last stage. Pop the informant, blow the sturcture, bm the can, and claim the mission.

Sentries are only a bother if you close on them. I fly in, point straight away from the main group and move. I take out the close group, move to long range (about 80km) and take out the 2 BS's and then the other ships as they close - all the time ...
