Or how about needing Advanced Drone Interfacing to have even level 1 for any carrier. The only people I know who have that skill trained are the ones that rat with their carriers.

Sounds like it is time to at least train Astrometrics from 4 to 5 on my two characters that scan. I was planning on doing it anyway as one is going to train black ops, but that makes it sound essential for both.
