it means you dont have to pay anything more than the first fee for 6 months then normal rate. The only SP you'll get depends on how u create your character..

the reason behind not training those past lvl1. Its both a positive and a negative making the module last longer before it activates again. Positive side uses less cap overtime. Negative side longer time for cycling targets.
