that afects atributes and skills, but 9 and 11 days for frigates5, i'm pretty sure theye talk frigates from level4 to 5, so that means the guy with higher atributes should train faster

maybe he trained frigate partly before, then switched to something else and forget he allready had some training in it? cant really see another reason why he trains faster with lower skills :S
