Having recently bought a shiny new Myrmidon I noticed that the max targeting range is 27km? Is this right? The item database shows that the max targetting range is 55km, am I doing something wrong or has this ships targeting range been nerfed?

All that sounds really nice, but there's one problem..... I only have just over 1mill skill points and im still new so unfortunately that tech 2 stuff is out of my reach :/ The 200mm Rails sound like a good idea, I think I'll purchase them tonig...

Yeh im going with the last poster there, I don't really want to use blaster's as I like to keep a bit of range when fighting. I thought the Armour plate was necessary to be an armour tank, maybe I've been told wrong. Could you recommend upgrades...
