The ship info should mention which specific weapon systems it gives a bonus to, but yes, in most cases caldari frigates and destroyers get the bonus for light missiles and rockets and that includes the Corax.

Naga is best as an extreme long range sniper, the tank on it is pretty pitiful so basically you want to be as far away from whatever you are shooting as possible. You could use it for missions I suppose, but you'd be better off with a Ferox.
