My 2 Cents... You'll eliminate problems by increasing each race the same % splitting it up will only cause unpredictable imbalances down the road. Since its a %, it will be fair and wise to increase them all by the same % formula. Good idea t...

Shield love is coming soon, I don't know when but "ccp soon". I have seen skills for each individual damage type with a 5% increase to the shield's resistance per level.
