not sure if i would agree the skill moving onto the next level automaticaly, people might not bother to log in for weeks at a time, this would affect everything in eve

would be a good idea if bp's and skills could be sent via the eve mail service, the penalty would be time ie postmaster skill lvl 1 5 days to arrive postmaster skill lvl 5 1 day to arrive perhaps this has already been mentioned, if not it wouldn...
