Agreed, very annoying, seems most of the graphics files we did have got lost / erased and have to download 2 - 3 gigs of files again.

Well on mediacoms support forums and talking to a tech, did a tracert and they said that it looks like after it goes to AT&T thats where it seems to be dropping off. Tracing route to map2.hwcdn.net [205.185.216.10] over a maximum of 30 hops...

Yes I have Mediacom and I have these issues also, usually from 7 - 11pm CST, the DL rate to eve is like 6 b/s, its so slow, now if I an connected it is fine, so if I load the client in the morning and never click off the launcher I am fine all day...
