bump. For alt this is very good.. can fly covert ops, tackle, ew , hulk in no time... and before you know he has transport ships to run blockades. reserve set 2,9b (will be sort away but will be back on end of the week.. if you bump i thank you.)

btw he has +3 implants (no cha) and 2 jump clones ready in empire and changed the start price lower... to 2,5b buyout: 3,5b
