Nice story, but the problem has never been pirates kill you after you pay. The problem is that its very hard to get into a situation where you can ransom someone and expect them to pay, and its very easy to shoot someone and take whatever gets lef...

If you actually want to do something about macro miners, you don't need to use an alt. Just go to lots of systems and look for suspicious miners. Then report them to CCP. If you just want to kill people, grow some balls and use your main.
