i'd strongly recommend ordering it through a reliable smuggler as you will likely have substantial difficulty purchasing and transporting it yourself... may i suggest placing an order in my corp forums? they're here

i think there might be a slight confusion with the term 'raid leader'... i'm not referring to dark blood/domination/dread/whatever versions of baddies... basically, if it doesn't say 'raid leader' in its name, it's not a raid leader... furthermore...
