I just logged in on and then out on another charactor on the Van Dell account and it still tells me the same thing. It is definately CCP's end. maybe they don't like sundays.

There is no issue of the Isk, that has been transfered already, but I cannot appear to transfer the charactor to the account names I have been provided with.

Target user not found or not active. It says this on both account names, I have to say I am getting a little worried about this as I have entered my credit card details several times already and have also tried to use PAYPAL only to get the same...
