Either you guys haven't flown incursions or you have and did poor job. Not really judging or anything, but the facts aren't lying. There is only 1 armor incursion fleet running and when they run, they usually do VG's and not Headquarters. Shields ...

Ishkur is a Assault Frigate and the Vexor is a cruiser. I would prefer a cruiser and the Vexor Navy Issue is good enough for level 3s and below.

I am not sure what the problem is here. Having a certain (1.00, 2.00, 3.00 or 5.00) standing towards a corporation is enough too start any mission with any agent of that corporation. Personal agent standing has no influence.

There is no you are here kinda thing anymore, but yes, if you zoom in, the system you are in is highlighted and circled.

If you need a list of some basic skills, here is one: EVE - Basic Skills CPU, Capacitor, Power Grid, Navigation, Shield/Armor and Gunnery/Missiles basic and core skills are all there. Just check that if you need anything specific.
