ok ive done some modifcation...i changed it over to size_t we havent covered that and didnt know it was something i could do....so i got the warnings out the way.... but do osme even mroe extra brownie points i noticed it wasnt doing the filterin...

yeah cant seem to figure it out.....for the spaces fter the period...i used a loop to subtract the ammout of periods form whitespaces and came up 2 short and thats with 1 false read fomr "U.S" so that doesnt seem to be the problem NeoTech Incorp...

im not familiar with recursion to tokenize input...we havent covered that yet....as for shikari that is a good point.... my professor said just to count the whitespaces maybe he has an some "typos" in the file ill look into it NeoTech Incorporated
