id prefer mving 10 to 15% EM to explosive tbh then moving 10% explosive on shields maybe to EM gives a better damage spread i think also, look into the racial resists in balance while we at it min getting a 25% racial resist on armour just isnt...

the babylon 5 film 'in the begining', the earth/minbari war, awsome fight scenes also, couple of episiodes that spring to mind severed dreams and the last few in season 4 with the assualt on earth. lots of shotty shooty :) and lets not forget ice ...
