ohh, ok, thnx, I tested it, and its a target module, not a burst like the ecm burst.. (I tested the ecm burst outside a station in a cheap frig, and concorde shot me down)..

:) I mean, that I'm gonna use this for defencive, and when I arrive to a camped gate (by pilots), I want to get away, not webbed etc, so when I uncloak, I hit this, and pray that I can warp, but does that aggro concorde ?

What if my brutix tank,. and decloakes to get the attention, puts arm rep on as soon as shield is gone, meanwhile corp mates warp in to back up ? That might keep the target busy activating his weapons on me while my corp mates position up for fin...

I use the improved cloak as I warp and jump to a gate in low sec.. If I see a pirate camping, then I'll just get myself cloaked as I come out of warp.. I love my cloaked hauler.. if the pirate camps. just get my hauler slow but out of warp jammin...

I've got the helios, and after I've read and read, I can't see the advantage with that ship other than scouting.. hey, since u can't jump cloaked, scouting isnt an advantage either.. u will still show up on players overview for a sec.. thats not...
