i really can't see the reason to fly a cruiser in lv2. assa frig is THE fastest in accomplishing them, but when talking about t1 ships, destroyer is the winner. let's compare gallente way: cruisers: thorax or vexor, the others are not meant for...

my 2 cents: with this setup (original OP) you may run lv4's, but it will be ad1: risky (not a real problem), ad2: a pain in the ass to clear them up. you can try running lv4's, but... - always read everything about the mission on eve-info, or ...
