well the rokh with null gets 17k optimal and 16k falloff and the raven with those missles gets 30km and 45k with javs i wouldnt class that as short range.

OH NOES! t3 ships are really fast hmmm were gonna be overrun by t3 nano ***s...erm cept there gonna cost a hell of alot and i doubt there gonna be cost effective to use in combat as much as hacs were, its tech 3 its about time the older players go...
