I am looking for a character that can run level 4's, fly a BS etc. etc. The basic carebear stuff. Would prefer Amarr, but Gallente or Minmatar can be accepted. I tried looking through all of the topics, but gave up since noone marks them as Sold when they are finished. Wasted time in my humble opinion... So, citizens of Eve please present to me what you have to offer. Extra points to characters with some r+d skills. I need an isk generating alt so I can enjoy some 0.0 pew pew without hunting rats.  If your character is cool enough, I may go above the 3 Bil budget, possibly as high as 10 Bil. Thanks for reading!

Ok, if the reserve is 11 Bil, then doesn't meet the budget eh? Honestly people please read the post...that's what it's there for. Keep them coming!

I think exactly what your looking for. Runs lvl 4's easy with great drones skills and Domi. Has lvl4 agent standing. Also an miner/builder/researcher. 5 lvl 4 agents with 9+ standing with corp. is around 10 Days from command ships and just needs the marauders skillbook trained up (already has the book) to level 4 for marauders. 10m SP in Gunnery and 9m SP in spaceship command. Already has standings for Amarr navy agents...

Thanks everyone for posting here. I have agreed upon buying a character as it fit all my needs and then some...good luck with your sells. p.s. will be looking for a capital ship pilot in a month or two. If you have any friends who might be selling please send them my way.
