Trexan	Posted - 2009.02.16 01:15:00 - [7] That is very well done congrats :) A little niggle though, if you could layer the roids that is closest to the Orca, make them darker or more vivid so it seems closer to us; then make the roids furthur away lighter (Blue light) so it seems that they are being sucked in, and maybe engulf the roid left of the wormhole with bright blue light and get rid of the blue cloud over it, it seems to be on the same level as the wormhole so the proportions don't match up. Apart from that you have talent :)

We use them because they have a high compression which makes file sizes small and good for web use. Unfortunately that compression makes the image worse (e.g. you get banding in colors) and if you start messing with it (say expand the picture) it starts looking really cruddy. In short it needs to be a high quality picture originally.
