Still can not find answers for below questions. Help is welcome.
1- Is dampening works on NPC Battleships and Cruisers?
2- Is Heavy Nos's works on NPCs of all kind?
All I got is for now are these.

EW modules don't work on any npcs except the warp interrupter.
Heavy Nos works on all the npc but they only have 480 cap so once drained out that would be it. They don't recharge their cap.

No to both.
NPC's do not actually target you, they simply emulate targeting.
NPC's do not have a capacitor, therefore you drain nothing.

Wrong, they do have one.
You can drain it, but as Hotice said it's often quite small (largest I know if is some battleship at 1200-1400 cap I think)...
They don't USE it but it exists.

Actually the fact they do have a cap is quite nice for the people that use nosferatus to power their ship.
