Whats the best place i can find lvl 1-2 agents, also it shouldnt be near low sec space. also i need to be a trading hub and it will have many ppl(so u can see some fights outside station:)

Youl is usually pretty busy and if I remember right there are a few decent quality Lvl 2 command agents for the Amarr Navy.

One of the options would be to set camp in the Domain region.
Amarr being the trade hub system, there is low-sec space about 9 jumps away in The Bleak Lands region and you can get plenty of missions from Amarr navy or other Amarr NPC corporations anywhere dotted around Domain and next door regions.

It would be worthwhile getting the 2D EVE Map as you can see where systems are and their security ratings. Also http://eve-agents.com/ would be useful if you want to find agents in a certain region, corporation, division and so on.
On a side note, if you want to see people fighting you also get that in around that region as well.
Usually on the border between Ashab and Amarr, or at the Niarja gates.
A second note, just to pre-warn you; Amarr can sometimes get almost as laggy as Jita at times.

Hi Emperor Wolf,
Domain, Tash-Murkon, and Kador and good areas for Amarr missions...
Ziona in Domain has several L2 and L3 Agents in the statons (kaalkiota corp mainly) so it might be good for you...
Look at www.eve-agents.com. Find a corp that is near you with L1 agents in your regions and look for the associated l2 agents. I had to move 2 jumps to find a good L2 agent and then 14 jumps to fina L3 agent, but also found other L2 agents...
