Hey everyone,
I reccently gave my API key to a recruiter as part of the application proccess. Also because he said he could make a skill training program for based off the API results when he plugs into Evemon, which I thought was pretty cool considering I was quickly becoming confused/overwhelmed as to what to train next. So I gave him my limited key with assurance of full in time to come cause I'm paranoid of all the scams going around. Well, that was last night and when I check my API Key Management page just to see what he's been up to it reads /corp/accountbalance.xml.aspx and /char/accountbalance.xml.aspx over and over and over. Also at the end of each inquiry it reads "200" As to others would simply say "OK". My question to you is what is this "200" mean and why would he need to check my account and my ATM corps account balance. Does this mean my wallet and my ATM corps wallet..? Does the "200" mean he might have retrieved that from my wallet..?

If you truly gave him your limited API all he can do is look at your account. He can't actually change anything. The simplest thing is to go to the API page and regenerate a new API key if you're really worried about it.
It sounds like the webpage is bugging out though so try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and reloading the browser. Worst comes to worst, just submit a petition to CCP and have them regenerate it.
Giving the limited api is a standard part of recruiting to verify skills, alts, etc. He can't see your inventory with that nor can he see wallet transactions. All he can see is the basic character and how much is in your wallet. Most recruiters just plug it into Evemon and download your character so they can look it over.

EVEmon tells you how much ISK is in your account in addition to telling you your current skills. He is probably running EVEmon to work on a training plan for you.
