I am looking for a Amarr toon that can preferably solo lvl 4's or is very close to it. Good pvp skills are definetly a plus. I would prefer little to none industry / mining skills as I have a character for all that. Any T2 Amarr ships are a plus for sure and I good learning skills are a big plus. My budget is roundabout 5 bil.

Dafusco - Amarr Mission Runner
Note the Connections skills, I almost exclusively mission run. Currently flying Navy Issue Apocalypse.
18 Days from Force Recon / Combat Recon, all supporting skills for Recons complete already, including T2 Drones and Ewar Drones, 50km+ drone range.

Commando you link isnt working at all. Dafusco still only showing category totals. Anyways what price range are you looking at Dafusco. Maybe you could post an eve-sheet link to the toon or something?

I was not planning on selling this character at first, so it has that "personalized" touch. Stats are *perfect* for a combat pilot, learning is 5/4 Has amarr BS IV, large energy weapon IV. Due to my laziness as I skilled him, he has prereq to quickly train covert ops, recon, and energy weapon specializations up to medium, so you'd have a handful of books to purchase. He has some garbage skills but they take a trivial proportion of SP. His ISK is positive (1.5 mil ISK).
