It is one thing to claim your a pirate and actively hunt and kill people for profit, but to pretend to have a friendly honorable converstaion in empire, just to gank a guy that you know isn't armed?

It was one thing when you ganked indies claiming you didn't know about a NAP, months ago, It was one thing to declare war and gank agent runners/newbies.
Having a friendly converstaion and you attack me?!?
The story: Sitting in Obe local actually at the gate with Celestial having a friendly conversation with the CEO Shadowthrone. We are all talking about APOC tanks against Raven, this goes on for say 5-10 min.
Then low and behold I am being attacked, by Celestial, while they dampen the guns.
So your a pirate hunting corp? Bah...

If I get this right, you were sitting at a gate (camping? or just passing by?) with a mining-setup apoc, without insurance, chatting with enemies.
I just don't get it. 
BTW, there was _NEVER_ a NAP between CELES and CRICE corp after you "turned" to the bad side, please get over it!
Note that I wasn't there today though, I just saw the logs and what you said.
I've been kinda inactive for a while :(

Actually there is something worse.. namely the supposed evil pirate corporation, that invade other peoples territories, fly among pirates and griefer, and have recruitment slogans like

Crice, it was mistake to think that just because we are friendly and mature in local, doesn't mean we don't want to kill you. You are the CEO of an enemy corporation, and a prize kill.
I like to be friendly to my enemies in local, as i'm usually a friendly guy and realise EVE is just a game.
You under-estimated us. There were a lot of war targets in local who could of taken advantage of us tanking the sentries. There were 3 enemy war BS in local, crice you could of been bait for a trap. We saw an opporunity which involed some risk to take u out and we went for it. None of us had webbers and we didn't think we would get you tbh as u had a MWD and a few wc stabs fitted. Our tactic of pinning you close up with our bs long enough paid off.
Anyway we dont like taking sec hits. Im currently at -1.4 now and can only tank 2 more targets. You should be honoured id sacrifice my precious security status to kill you.
Anyway you shouldn't blame us for your loss. You should be blaming your fellow curse alliance members, paladins of the red skull and solar dragons who both are actively co-operating with TPS in gangs and ops. You would of thought that TPS would be KOS to CA since they openly embraced the TFA.War is war its nothing personal.
Also I didnt realise your ship wasn't insured. Persoanlly i dont undock ever unless i got 100% insurance.
