Also he's not near perfect sniping t2 battleship he has no large railgun spec training in the slightest. I call shenanigans on this one! -CR

It's just an offer, relax. I will not sell it for a cheap price, and I do not expect to sell it fast. May be some one wants it, who knows? It is hard to find character with out useless skills, and sometimes in 30mil SP char we will have 10mil of garbage. There is all ok with skills.
