Well, my guess is somewhere between 5-7B because, like most pilots, she isn't a pure Tengu trained pilot and obviously started as something else and evolved. Anything non combat seems to make a pilot less attractive...like Industry, Trade and PI (I enjoy PI so it wouldn't bother me). Besides needing a few more Lv 5 to polish her off...she is a nice pilot and should find a good home.
Oh, and she has a solid name...which does have a resale effect.

No Problem...but I don't think you should expect to get premium ISK for her...just being honest. If you had AWU training to Lv 5 (or at least Lv 4), all missle support to Lv 5 and ALL sub systems to Lv 5...then you might get 7B for her but lacking those and having non combat "waste"...well, as I said 5-7B.
