Hi everyone
Following the freighter services I offered a few months ago (Courier Services and Freighter rental) and which I had to suspend due to some temporary RL issues, I am now offering similar services with a Jump Freighter.
Jump Freighter Service
Do you need to move your personal, corp's or alliance's stuff in or out of lowsec or nullsec, or move your POS mods to a station close to the moon you desire? look no further - we'll do that for you (deliveries done to / from NPC stations only).
Freighter Type: Rhea
Maximum Jump Range: 10LY (skills 4/4/4)
Maximum Cargo Space: 350,000 m3
Cost Per Jump: 25 Million (low sec) 30 Million (0.0)
The fees cover the cyno ship and clone which usually gets destroyed by hostiles, jump fuel, my time, and of course the risks involved with jumping a 4.5 billion isk freighter amongst hostiles.
Procedure
Straight forward contracts can normally be set up without having to discuss it with me in advance. It is however important to open a 3 day courier contract to me with a 3 day expiration. I will normally provide services on a daily basis however, sometimes, RL might need some more attention :) I do, of course, reserve the right to reject contracts set up without consulting me.
If you need a more custom made service, you can join the public channel DARK-CROSS to talk to me or eve mail me with more details.
IMPORTANT: I would need 4,000m3 cargo space for the fuel I need per jump (two way). Therefore, make sure you deduct the required amount from the maximum cargo space indicated above depending on the number of jumps required.
Cost Calculation
To see how many jumps it would take a Rhea with all skills at level 4, use the ICSC jump planner. Cynos cannot be opened in high sec so if jumping into empire, you have to choose the first lowsec system bordering your empire destination which has a npc station in.
I will strive to limit the number of jumps as much as possible - this would keep your overall costs minimal as well as the effort required from my end. You can also combine low sec / 0.0 sec jumps with high sec routes. In this case, you will have to add the number of jumps (gates) to the low sec / 0.0 jump drives. I will charge 500k isk / (gate) jump in high sec.

Freighters-4-Rent Service
Buying a freighter is not a small investment, particularly, a 4.5B Jump Freighter. With this in mind, I am trying to facilitate access to such ships without you not being able to get back the isk which you would otherwise not get back if you bought the ship yourself. Furthermore, with the LOYALTY SCHEME, you will only be expected to provide the full collateral the first time you rent the ship from me. Interested? then read on...
The in-game loan contract facility will be used as it provides security to both parties. This is how it works: I'll set up a loan contract according to the terms (duration, collateral and rent) agreed upon. When you accept the contract, you will pay the total rent and the collateral upfront. I will only receive the price (total rent) as the collateral will be kept aside by the system. When you're done, you will have to return the ship into your personal hanger in the same station you picked it up from and complete the contract. At this point, you will receive the collateral back.
What is the LOYALTY SCHEME? Simple...while I am sure you're not surprised that a collateral needs to be provided for ships costing billions, this scheme would reward returing and thrustworthy customers by taking into account half of the rent paid to date, as part of the collateral. Once you reutrn a few times, and gain sufficient 'trust', you will be able to use a ship for a collateral much lower than the market value. Furthermore, the rent you pay upfront will be considered as part of the collateral.
Freighters available:
Charon (920M initial collateral; Rent: 15M / day) Status: Available
Rhea (4.5B initial collateral; Rent: 40M / day) Status: Available
Pick up / Drop off station: to be agreed upon with customer.
Worked example using a Rhea: New customer A rents the JF for 3 days: total amount to pay is 4.5B (initial collateral); customer A thus pays 4.38B collateral and 120M rent. Customer A returns and rents the JF again for 2 days - the total he has to pay now will be 4.5B - (120M/2) = 4.44B; Customer A will now only pay 4.36B collateral and 80M rent (totalling 4.44B). When Customer A comes again for the 3rd time, he will have to pay a maximum of 4.5B - ([120M + 80M]/2). The rent for the 3rd contract will also be deducted from this total sum. As you can see, after just a few days, you will be able to make use of the JF for less than the market value, thus allowing you to have more isk at hand. Furthermore you will always get back your collateral, rather than keeping those billions docked in a hanger.
In addition to benefiting from a collateral less than the market value, the Freighters-4-Rent service also facilitates your logistical nightmare as you will receive the freighter right at your doorstep.
Some state that if the collateral goes below the market price, the customer would be tempted to sell the Freighter and break the contract. This is a risk, but this system ensures that I will be covered (isk wise) in the longer term. On the other hand, the customer will lose his credibility, and the collateral paid.
Notes:
1) We all have a RL outside Eve and if for one reason or another you will not be able to return the freighter before the contract expires, I can assure you that I'm a reasonable person and will await you to contact me to agree on a (reasonable) delivery time. I will however claim the collateral should you either i) fail to deliver it by the agreed alternative time, ii) fail to contact me after the original contract period has expired; iii) other clients incur costs due to the delays caused.
2) Please also make sure that you have the relevant Freighter skills trained.
3) Due to limitations of the contract system, the pick up and drop off stations have to be the same.
4) You will have to provide the fuel for the Jump freighter and cyno pilots.

Please note that the fee for jumps into null sec has been revised to reflect the time and effort needed to move cynos around in null sec and to try avoiding (not always successfully) camps. I am sure that you will still consider the new fee reasonable and cheap! :)

I always believed that customer satisfaction is the best advertisement, and it is evident. however, i need to inform my clientFle that I will be away for a week starting from Sun 17 May for a business trip - so i need to suspend my services once again. Hi....no hard feelings about the loss m8 - full respect to the pilots involved as they worked out a fine plan and showed respect even after the kill.
I am fully aware of the risks involved; trust me, many pilots attempt ganking JFs - it's just too attractive :). I managed to get through all (there are tricks !), except this one of course :P; in this particular case, besides the fact that the trap was thought out well, a number of other unrelated events happened before getting ganked which worked in favour of your alliance heh...at that stage, it was impossible for me to get out. but yeah, with this kind of service, it is just a matter of time until you lose the ship as the risk is always present and one day or another, we are all bound to make a mistake at the wrong time and at the wrong place.
As regards the costs incurred, well, everyone knows how much JF costs :) and frankly speaking, I lost more than I made with the JF since i got it :) but this is EVE

Just used RT's service, and I'm pretty impressed. Not only did I receive my goods ahead of schedule, but RT is honest to a fault, refunding some the (already reasonable) fee after using an alternate route than originally planned.

I just want to say that I used raging taurus and dark cross industries for courier service out of amarr into 0.1 ziriert and they were extreme;y safe and followed up with me. extremely professional and even though they had other contracts in place they still managed to squeeze my contract in and get my stuff to me. I am already assigning him another contract. If you need JF service use him.

EDIT: I think I may have become confused... I'm not interested in renting (as in actually piloting) the freighter, but rather contracting a delivery of stuff... I've calculated it would take 3 jumps at your skill... I think I've gotten mixed up on pricing. Any clarification would be awesome.

you mixed up the services....the >4B cash is required if you want to pilot the JF yourself for as long as you want, and you'll get the isk back (less the rent) when you return it back. If you just need the delivery service (that is, i do it for you), you can send me an eve mail with the details of the trip: i) pick up / delivery station; ii) totoal volume of cargo; and iii) total collateral.

Just got a package moved by these guys.
Contract was completed within a few days at a very decent price (esp. considering the extra 500mil in collateral I required). They are polite, professional, and cool.
Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs bulk logistics in lowsec or 0.0, and if I need it again they'll be the first people I contact.

Due to unforeseen RL issues, I will be away for the weekend. While my partner will do his best to keep up with the contract, it is inevitable that deliveries will slow down. Unfortunately, some contracts may risk expiration, especially those which are larger than 330k m3 as I will not be able to log in throughout the weekend. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to re-issue the contract should the contract expire and should you still wish to use our services. I suppose it will take several trips because it includes several rigged ships that cannot be repackaged; more specifically 4x cruiser hulls 2x frig hulls. There is also 2x BC hulls and 1x BS hull that are repackaged. All that, and 5x GSCs. Will you be willing to move this for me 1 jump only? How much will it cost me? AS RL is back on track, I'm now in a position to log on regularly and therefore, I will be resuming my services soon. However, in view that my RL issues led to many clients stranded, I need to make sure that this won't repeat itself if something similar crops up again. It would be useful to put some examples of routes and their prices on the 1st page so folks would be able to work out a rough cost for thier order in advance? (You can put a disclaimer so you aren't bound to that price though if you want!)

It would be useful to put some examples of routes and their prices on the 1st page so folks would be able to work out a rough cost for thier order in advance? (You can put a disclaimer so you aren't bound to that price though if you want!)

Great service. Fair prices. Even with a very high collateral transfer and multiple trips needed i was able to get all my goods moved without problem and didn't pay a ridiculous fee. Would definitely recommend this crew to anyone looking to move large amounts of gear in low sec.
(if one moves out of a wormhole into some random lowsec area, these would be the folks to call to get your gear where it needs to be)

So here I am, barely over a month playing. I am doing alright, making isk, converting contracts of good value to isk by buying and liquidating at the right station, but high sec business is tight. I purchased a contract in low sec but needed to get it moved into a high sec base. I used Dark Cross, the very next day they started moving my freight, which was good because it took all my isk to purchase the contract and then to reward the transport done by Dark Cross.
So now that I am starting to realize what this means, that they can really move freight from low sec into a high sec base like this, this opens up a whole new world of oppurtunity for me. I can make more buying contracts in low sec and having DCI move my freight, than I ever could goofing around with high sec contracts.
So, this is not only an endorsement, but a thank you. I am so glad I don't have to suffer the stress of low sec jumps in a big freighter target, and you guys are fast which means I can lay isk on the line and see a return in better than reasonable time.

Just a quick word of thanks to Raging Tarus and Dark Cross Industries. I had built all the capital parts to build a carrier in high sec. Like the guy who paints himself into the corner, I was then faced with getting them down to low sec to do the final assembly. Displacing ten thousand cubic meters each, I had a very trecherous run with a conventional frieghter or a ton of runs with a hauler. Dark Cross solved the problem in a matter of a few minutes and a logistics headache was prevented. Thanks again mates.
