You should also be allowed reprocess corpses into their constituent parts. Bones, Muscles, Fat etc. All in neat little baggies that we can boast about having more than you of in local. Maybe even nail and hair clippings that we can combine in a high sec POS in a little red leather bag for hexing people, giving them the mads and bad luck.

On the other hand, one should be able to use the corpses; harvest organs and extract biomass and such. Use it to get a discount on your next clone or something.
