I took a break from EVE a few weeks ago to start working and getting "into it" again. When i came back and wanted to play i noticed that CCP had changed their billing system with resulted in alot of account needed to be "updated" with creditcard-info so i tried to logon the Account management and send the update. But when i tried to update my creditcard info i just got an error message, so i checked the post on this forum and tried everything possible - without any luck.
After over 2 weeks of PAYING BUT NOT PLAYING These following things is what i have done trying to get it fixed.
Question : Does my Creditcard Work . Answer : Yes ( Expires 2005-03 )
Question : Do i have money on my Creditcard . Answer : Yes .
Question : Have i checked all digits . Answer : Yes , No spelling error 
Question : Have i sent petition about it . Answer : Yes, several times about same account .
Question : Have i recived ANY petition-answer . Answer : NO .
Qusetion : Have i sent mail to Customer Support . Answer : Yes. several times about same account .
Question : Have i recived ANY mail-answer . Answer : Yes, Redirected me to Ingame Q/A.
Question : Did i check with Ingame Q/A . Answer : Yes.
Question : Did i get any help/answer . Answer : NO .
Question : Have i payed CCP for THIS month . Answer : Yes .
Question : Have i resived any sign of help . Answer : NO .

When you contact CCP, you will get an e-mail that says "check here if you can find the solution, if not reply to this mail" (or similar). So you'll have to reply to the mail...
