There isn't an age requirement that I am aware of. Passes to the FedoFanFest will be available in the EVE Store soonÖ for people that wish to make travel arrangements other than the package through Iceland Air or live in Iceland.

I haven't heard anything on "At the door" pricing, but I am going to guess it is the same as ordering through the store. Price should be approx. 50$ US, about 3650 ISK if I have the currency conversion correct. And no, you will not be able to pay with EVE ISK.

on the whole age req thing :-)
Denmark (used to be the sovereign nation of Iceland) has a much better Policy on drinking then for instance the US (legal drinking age in US is 21) the law being that you can not be served alchohol in bars and or resturants till you are 18 however you are allowed to buy it in a grocery store and drink at private parties (or at home) at any age this means that Denmark does not have the DUI problems that the US have
that also means that unless Iceland (and Greenland as Greenland is also Danish) changed the law they will not have a minimum drinking age for this event meaning that there is really no reason for a minimum age requirement
Thank You Paw Sandberg

Sorry to break it to you but Iceland has a minimum drinking age, you have to be 20 years old or more to be allowed to buy/drink alcohol. They are pretty strict on the buying part, and you can only buy alcohol in special government owned liquor stores.
Iceland has been independent for 60 years now, and we have come a long way from denmark regardin legislation, so things have changed here!

they changed it
oh well I havent kept up with the laws in Iceland after Denmark betrayed them (starved what in the hundreds of thousand to death 60 years ago (denied them the right to trade with others and did not send them the food needed if i remember my history correct)) I just asumed that the sensible way of dealing with drinking was one thing they kept (in the US you can drive at 16 have sex at 18 (smoke and vote) and drink at 21 so what does kids (16-21) do they get someone to buy them the alcohol drive out somewhere get drunk (have sex) and drive home)
anyway thats way off topic
