This is totally false, TCF is there as well.
Interesting side note the most dangerous thing in Delve at this moment is station guns not Kenny or their pets.

while id like to believe it... i honestly don't, because PL is so infected by goonswarm members/spys that any action they would forseeably take against goons would be blocked by their goon memebers, and any action they would take had they not been blocked would be severely sabbotaged. not that id complain if they lose a dozen titans to goons with pw's or have their alliance disbanded.
