A new player isn't going to have anything close to 10mil points. Are you in fact newbie friendly for the right newbie? I ask because I am looking for a low-sec home but not even halfway to your posted 10mil requirement yet. I meet all your other requirements though.
Edit: I also have a industry alt available who is close to flying a Hulk and interested in gas cloud and drug production skills once in a Hulk.

Well come to EP REC and chat. The operations we typically run require some higher level skills. However, it is feasible that a character with ~5 mil sp could have those skills. Unfortunately, if you are not close to the required skills to survive in worm holes, you wouldn't be able to participate and probably wouldn't have too much fun. We would definitely make exceptions if you were close to those skills. Looking forward to hearing from you!

By my skill point count, 10 Mil SP is still quite low. The reason we have 10 Mil SP min is to ensure that one will be able to fit the type remote rep battleships we run in the more difficult WH's. If you would like more info, feel free to drop into our EP REC public channel for a chat.
