Looking to buy several of these and not for the 7M+ they seem to be scattered across the markets at. Correct me if I am wrong but what seems to be going on is the person making them is setting once price and people are buying them all and reselling them. If the person who makes them would contact me in game I would like to buy some directly from him.

It's like back in the days with the Miner IIs. Extremly overpriced, producers make silly money on this sh*t.

Except the prices keep rising instead of falling 
CCP need to release more BPOs for high-demand items such as this....yes, they shouldn't be as cheap as Cap Recharger Is, but 7-8m is ludicrous....

Check with the Old Farts. I believe they sell them for average of 4-5 million isk. Rumour has it they actually sell for this price, other people come in, buy them, and turn around and sell on escrow for 7-8 million. Anyway...Speculation.
