Feedback:
Ignoring the warp effect, the look of wormhole space is very nice, only planets tho, which is sort of sad, really needs some belts for the miners of this world!
Sleepers, omg, pain, some of these plexes are very easy, i think a 5-10 man RR battleship gang, with alot of armor, can manage these with no problems.
However that being said, some of these harder plexes clearly need 20-30 people, 5bs, 10 cruisers, and about 10 frigs, shouldnt be able to instantly wtfpwn everything, but sadly it does, and i think the reps needed for this kinda spawn would be... insane.
Sleepers are fantastically coded, i do really think that the damage they do needs to be toned down a little, they pack one heck of a punch, which is great, been a long time since ive curled up into a ball screaming ouch ouch ouch when it comes to eve, but the damage of the larger spawns is insane.
So overall, yep im impressed with sleepers, the mix of tactics are impressive, but the sheer numbers needed to do these plexes efficently really breaks the feeling of eve, which for me is small gang warfare, rather than massive blobs.
Now to go grab a clean pair of underwear...

Was cool, I took a X-type fitted kronos in, got full aggro a few times but they soon switched, I was also boosted by my alt in a Damnation with 7 links. Unfortunately all my Squad were Ganked or logged off so only the 2 of us were benefiting.
They seemed to sense I was over tanked and went for weaker ships first. even though I was putting out a fair bit of damage. No damage or tracking mods fitted.
Sleeper armor is tough but once in hull they drop like a rock.
Your 425mm Railgun II perfectly strikes Sleepless Warden, wrecking for 2128.8 damage.
Sleepless Keeper strikes you perfectly, wrecking for 882.0 damage.
Emergent Keeper strikes you perfectly, wrecking for 13.0 damage. lol
I enabled Belts on the overview and had 7 show up, however there were no roids or rats when I warped to them. I tried them all.
System is huge, 92 au between furthest belts
My 2 characters are still there all alone waiting in the move_me channel :)

What spawned at the end of the one that killed me was insane, i had everyone repping me, and i still melted. Armored C was next and to say he insta popped is an understatement!
Some spawns appear currently untankable!

Edited by: Contralto on 23/02/2009 23:55:22 Well not surprising in that case as there were only three of us left to face that mega spawn :)
I waited till you were in hull then bugged out without a scratch, you two had full aggro.
I just got moved out to FD so the Sleepers get to slumber again :)

I'd like to go on the next one, provided they don't go and mirror again, forcing me to spend hours refitting my ship out.
Help me move to Iceland!

i was in the 'eve voice' group too :) so firstly, thanks to my comrades & to mr c for initialising it all.
down to my interpretation:
id guess there were around 10 of us in this split-team, in various classes & races - a good handful of BS/marauders, a sprinkle of BC/command and the extremely helpful log cruisers :)
we did fair well against all that we came across - but as stated earlier, they were mid-level npcs - read they got blobbed. the # of targets we had at most, 4 BS & 12+ cruiser/frigs. i dont think we lost any ships, but the logs got primary alot, and if their transversal wasnt in the high 600m/s, they melted.
the frigs seemed strong against explosive (my warriors II were crap), but therm (& em from my scorch) seemed to do decent dmg against most. so amarr havent been completely nerfed then :D
the "plexes" seemed to be around 80km from the warp in point of the anomaly, but it took the cruisers & frigs SECONDS to cross that distance. the BS seemed to like it at that distance. a note to ccp - the frigs & cruisers seemed fire BS sized 'laser' beams, it looked odd.
we had some ewar - on us, and on them. in most, it seemed effective from both pov. from them, it seemed mostly neut/nos - correct me if i am wrong. from us, as said earlier, jamming in multispec seemed relatively effective, and helped alot.
the conclusion; it was very difficult to predict the size & ferocity of the rats we'd encounter - but with a good over all gang of logs & dps, most battles were dealt with. lets see how this works in TQ...
i can taste the whine already
ody
btw, i was in a 4*1600 plate abaddon, with 2*EANM II, DC II, 4*CR II, 8*Mpulse II, 3 trimarks & hi-slaves (without omega). i was also boosted by fleet. it gave armour at 70k, and effective around 270-300hp. quite an unrealistic exploratory boat, but enough buffer to test those sleepin girls :)
