Why would you try and use shield, armor, and hull tank? If you just went all shield extender II's and shield power relay II's, wouldn't that give you a better tank already? (There are better tanking builds). I still find an active tank better because there are no x-l shield extenders, but if you want to be semi afk for a mission this is doable.
