I would take a stab in the dark and guess the reason for this thread is that you're not innocent until proven guilt.
(1) I find it quite remarkable that a guy can get 1 account temporarily banned for what ever reason while CCP investigate the matter,as yet he's not been found guilt.
(2)Then offers his assistance and explain that he's done nothing wrong and been playing the game for how ever many years and has 3 other accounts and plays by the rules. Only to find out when he tries to log on with his 3 other accounts the next day, that good old CCP have banned all of his accounts.
(3)For a Gm then to post on a thread:-
As often the case,there is more than meets the eye.The matter in question is a bit complicated than the original post makes it sound and we will continue discussing it with the banned accounts through the petition system.
Although the GM failed to explain that the individual in question has tried to find out through the petition system and as yet had not one responce to his said mails,but they're happy to respond to a thread that's giving them bad press in no time.
